With a large Chinese population, Champaign County should have all information regarding elections in both English and Chinese.

Champaign County has a sizable and growing Chinese population. Although the Chinese population might not meet what the Voting Rights Act benchmark requires, it is still among the largest in the nation. Therefore, any election information that is provided in English should also be provided in Chinese to accommodate the sizable Chinese population.
