Joe Biden won more than 75 percent of votes in Philadelphia County’s precincts with high concentrations of Latinos, according to the University of California’s Latino Policy & Politics Initiative.
Gary Segura of Latino Decisions points out- tracking the last several elections- Clinton and Obama both overperformed with the Latino community, while Biden underperformed.
In the highest density majority Latino precincts in Milwaukee, Latino support was 77.4 percent for Biden, according to a precinct analysis by UCLA Latino Politics & Policy Initiative (LPPI).
