Election Material Language Access for the APPI Population in Hudson County

Strong evidence shows that Hudson County should be covered by Voting Rights Act Section 203 for their Tagalog and Chinese residents.

Overview:

Hudson County has an increasing population of Chinese and Filipino residents. Given data that UCLA VRP has found, it indicates that Hudson County should meet the statistical benchmark required for Section 203 liability. Hudson County should specifically be providing language access resources for Chinese and Tagalog residents. This way there is no language inaccessibility for any voters in Hudson County.
