Young Latino voters helped drive that turnout, with roughly 1.7  million voting early — a nearly three-fold increase over 2016, according to the political data firm  TargetSmart. Women, who have suffered disproportionately from job losses during the  pandemic, also turned out in droves, helping Biden to victory in states like Wisconsin.
