Second gentleman Doug Emhoff visits Allentown to rally Latino voters for Kamala Harris

Although Latinos are one of the fastest growing groups of voters, eligible Latino voters have historically voted less than other ethnic groups, according to the Pew Research Center. But that trend is beginning to change.

Rodrigo Dominguez-Villegas, director of research at the UCLA Latino Policy and Politics Institute, said his institute has seen a “huge shift” in support for the Democratic ticket among Latinos since Harris entered the race in July. Read more.
