It should never come as a surprise that there will be individuals who will find ways to cut the line, said Sonja Diaz, the founding director of the Latino Policy and Politics Institute at the University of California, Los Angeles, to the Guardian

“When we talk about vaccine access, we need to meet people where they are,” she said. “We need to door-knock. We need to follow up. We need to meet people where they are, the same way we did with the Affordable Care Act and the 2020 census.”
