YADIRA SANCHEZ NAJERA (she/her) has over a decade of experience organizing at the intersections of immigrant rights, racial justice, and economic justice. She has led deportation defense campaigns, disrupted crimmigration systems in the Bay Area, and co-created national leadership academies that trained 100+ organizers. As part of worker justice campaign, she built multiracial coalitions holding the Federal Reserve accountable to working people. Yadira specializes in leadership development and campaign planning rooted in the lived experiences of immigrant working-class communities.
