Latino Data Hub: New Features, More Insights

As the Latino Data Hub continues to evolve to meet the needs of community-based organizations, policymakers, and researchers, we are excited to announce annual data updates and functionality enhancements to the bilingual digital platform! New features include allowing users to combine geographies, new education categorizations, and more!

Updates and Enhancements

  • Get the latest data: We replaced the 2021 5-year American Community Survey (ACS) Data with the 2022 5-year ACS data.
  • Combine geographies: Say goodbye to single choices! Now, you can select multiple counties and states simultaneously to get combined data for a broader region.
  • Better understand educational disparities: We streamlined the educational attainment breakdown to align with current policy advocacy trends
  • Uncover disparities at the intersection of race and Latino ethnicity more accurately: With guidance from the nation’s leading experts on intersectionality, we adjusted the definition of the Latino racial groups to ensure greater inclusivity and consistency with other research on the intersectionality of race and Hispanic/Latino ethnicity.
